I am vodafone prepaid customer, on 19th mar 2015 rs 29 has been deducted from my account and they are providing me reasons of some chargeable website. But I am already using 3 g data pack. When I talked to customer care they are also not giving any proper answer. They deduction reason shows Dnld dwap an10029 ppu cre00691001.This repeatedly doing the same activity since 2 months.
My number is 9916944284.
Please look into this.
