On 22/03/2015 12.30 am i made an online recharge with paytm.com an amount of RS 499 was debited from my bank account and the website showed payment under process after some time when i checked again it showed payment failed and asked to recharge again. This transaction was done using my State Bank of Travancore maestro debit card 5049937018000050403 and account number 67107591245. For your reference am quoting the message first received by me from paytm.com. Its this Payment of Rs. 499 is received by Paytm ! DC Transaction No 115032250449021. They have given the reference number also and stated that they have received payment from my side. The next message from paytm was” Payment of Rs. 499 failed” !. Further bank proof paytm transaction number 032218909804 given by my bank. This was consumer cheating they confirmed that they received my payment and later saying payment failed.
