unsatisfactory service and wrongly charged

Hi,

I took Hathway internet connection in Oct-Nov’13. Starting from 2nd month of my connection I was facing a connectivity issue, twice or thrice in a month and was raising complaints for the same. In the month of Feb’15 there was area up-gradation on 9-10 feb’15. Starting from 11th feb’15 till 23rd Feb’15 the same issue. I have raised almost 45-50 complaints and asked them not to close any complaint without my permission but all were closed without informing me. As they were unable to provide me service, many times I mentioned that I will not pay the bill for the month of Feb and March’15. Even their supervisor Rehman, Shekhar, Krishnan and 2 more agreed to my point. As the CC executives asked me to send an e-mail to billingbangalore and bangalorehelpdesk informing the same, I did that as well but no body replied. I received an e-mail on 27th Mar’15 stating my connections will be terminated on 29th Mar’15, I will not pay the bill. I replied to that e-mail but again no reply.
I feel like mentally harassed by Hathway. I wasted alot of money and huge amount of time calling CC. Even though I have internet connection, for any official work I need to run to my office irrespective to weekend, weekday, day time or night.
I have received a bill of Rs2386 and Rs1719 for my connection(A/C: 1054054&1054052).I request you to help me in getting the wavier and compensation for my frustration and inconvenience.
