I have cancelled my order on dated 31/03/2015 due to no delivery. The sirfbuy.com website told that your money would be refunded in your bank within 5-7 working days but sometime it’s take up to 14 working days. but after passing the limit no refund has been done. Whenever I tried to make a call to customer care no no one receive the call. It seems that I have been trapped.
Please solve the issue as soon as possible.

I have bought intex aqua power hd mobile in sirfbuy.com site worth Rs.9399/- order no 10271.
they gave me delivery date as 21 march but later they said the delivery date as 25th, so i cancelled my order
they have told that i will get money with in 5-7 days but did not got till now.
now they are not responding even the mobile no. not working…… and website not working….
what to do now?
