Dear sir,
I purchased dell Laptop on 22nd DEC ‘2014 with good reputation in mind but unfortunately a lot of bad feeling from Laptop. Sir i have purchased Dell with hard money for my child labor. Already 3 times changes parts for problem but till now here I feel something problem.
Sir, I am one of the very few Dell subscriber from Kolkata. They people had been open my laptop 3 times till now. I am not interested to open once more to get any service. presently they have not any responsibility and not inform me in spite of my request.
Presently no body help me from dell. So kindly register a complain.
