With due respect I Mr. Manoj bhargava would like to bring to your notice that yatratimes one of the tour and Travels Company had promised to provide for a package of Rs. 10999/- for the following facilities:
1. This offer is valid for 4 adults.
2. The Voucher will be valid for a period of 12 months.
3. Pick & Drop facility from Airport/railway station to hotel with tour and guide.
4. Breakfast, lunch and dinner (Veg or Non veg) include in this package.
5. All taxes & services (like- Gym, Spa, massage etc.) are included in this package.
6. This offer is for 4 night and 5 days in India.
7. You can split this holiday package into two parts (2 N & 3 D in one destination and 2N & 3D on the other).
8. 2 Deluxe Room.
9. No extra charges.
10. Breakfast with Snacks in morning and evening.
11. Welcome drink on arrival.
12. Chocolate and cookies.
13. Sightseeing of 150 kms on daily basis during stay.
And the company had hence not provided for the promised facilities in spite of making of full payment of two packages in the names of Mr. Shray Bhargava and Mrs. Neelam Bhargava. The confirmation of payment has been received by the company and a receipt and documents of the package were sent via speed post. Several communications relating to the enquiries of identity was made by the company.
But the transaction of the order was not completed due to the incomplete communication with the company and no such bookings were made. The address provided by the company does not exist. And the contact persons with whom the transactions had been made are unavailable for the same.
An attempt of fraud on part of the company has been made. Also the company is liable to pay the refund amount of the transaction as well as the other cost & losses incurred due to them.
Kindly look at this matter and grant appropriate justice
