I had placed an order with Clarks on their website clarks.in on the 30th of September, I did receive a mail regarding the order dispatch on the 3rd of September, its been more than a week now and there has been no response with respect to the delivery, when I track the order on the courier company website, it says “Return to Origin Declared at DELMP.”No calls or emails have been sent with regards to the delivery.
Forget about the customer service, calls unanswered, mails never responded, social networking sites do not seem to bother replying to any queries.
There are many such disgruntled customers online complaining about Clarks Future Footwear, I hope they look into the issue and resolve it at the earliest, or their reputation will be at stake due to such ignorant customer service.
