FRAUDS BY SAMSUNG

I had bought Samsung Grand 2 On 10 April 2014.
first one month worked properly then started getting hang / ON / OFF / RESTART.
On 9th Sept it was dead..not getting charged..showed to SAPPHIRE Service center.They said WATER DAMAGE On Charging Point.
It was seen as Black On upper Charging Point.I can Assure it is Not water damage then to they have decline WARRANTY Service.
