Unresolved Network Issues & Demanding to pay Bills for unusage

I have been facing the Network Issues from the day one I had taken connection. I have complained many times to their different teams and their back end team also confirmed to their Appellate team that they don’t have a network presence in my locality. Up on this confirmation, I have requested the service provider to change it to pre-paid and I stopped using it. The network issue was never resolved and it was not even changed to pre-paid. Instead they billed the amount month by month and sent me across to pay it to continue the service and further without any notice or information, they barred the number which I was using it for my Business.
Though, the complete problem persists at their end, I was agreed to pay the bill partially and requested them to waive-off the remained bill amount since the problem persists at their end. This was never agreed by them and stated harassing me to pay the bills.

Just for a witness, I have been using other service providers numbers also like idea and I have been paying the bills very promptly. Similarly, I’m using other two numbers from AirCel only and I have been paying the bills for those two numbers also very promptly whether I use it or not. Unfortunately, I was getting adjusted with those two numbers because they were being used only for Voice, but where in the current impacted number was being used for Data and I could not use it at all at 10-20 kbps.

I have spent lot of my valuable time explaining the issue to them and make them understand that my request has a sense to think and I was not asking any favor from us, rather just a compensation or a resolution. After spending lot of my valuable time & energy, it was never resolved and the calls were being barred without my awareness which has caused a huge loss on my business since I was using it for my profession.
This also lead me to a lot of mental harassment & disturbance.

I want them to completely waive-off the due amount and pay me a compensation of rs. 50,000 for the loss occurred to me so far and finally convert this number to Pre-paid.

Kindly assist on this.
