I called customer care for wrong deduction of balance from my number. As per them
balance has been deducted for Internet usage though i haven’t used it. When asking for the usage time, two different timing has been told to me. One from the customer care executive and another from the head office. The person with whom I talked has told his name as ‘Mukesh Kumar mehto’. And the another person disconnected the call when I asked her name saying that I am doing time pass with her.(Call time: 3:00pm) This is ridiculous for your service.
