   Sir,
   I went to Great Eastern as a renowned shop in Kankurgachi Branch, P-273, Manicktala Main Road,
   Kolkata-700054 (Phone No. 033-2364-8351/8352) for purchasing a Split Ac (Model 125EYR) 1 Ton 5 Star on 23/03/2014.
   At that time that particular AC Model was not available in their shop and they told me that if I could wait for 20-22 days then, they will get the sub. AC. I agreed to them as they had committed that I must get the AC within delivery date i.e. 15/04/2014 or before.

   Between those periods from 23/03/14 to 15/04/14 after 15/4 ,I contacted them frequently, specifically to the Manager of Great Eastern, Mr. Kamalesh (M- 9836304640) telling they have misguided me as I have not received my AC on those dates provided by them and still its over 1 month, I have not got my delivery.
   Now tempreture of Kolkata/W.B. going on 40 deg. above. pleaqse feel……..
   Great eastern Chalan No. FCH 2851 dt. 23.03.14, Financer- BFL Rs. 32000/- (Rs. Thirty Two thousand only) .

   i have complaint to you on 22nd april as above but till now i have not received any confirmation about receiving my AC from great eastern. i had only got a call from voltas yesterday,clarifying the details. now please let me know what to do now. as the temperature in kolkata is rising above 40, i am without AC in this scorching heat,which i have ordered more then 1 month before.
