I bought a HCL G1 tablet in March. Within 7 days of functioning it stopped working. Since I was out of town for 10 days I wrote a mail and sent reminder every alternated day. I received acknowledgement from their side but never got a reply. I called customer care also but no one had a satisfactory reply. After 15 days of struggling with the pathetic customer care, I directly went to their service center which is 35kms from my place. They said they will give a DOA in 3-4 days. Now its almost 11 days, the service center is not picking the phone. And going 35kms to and fro just to ask the status of complain will be foolish on my part. I am mentally frustrated with HCL and their service centre on the way they treat their customer.
