We had made a booking with yatra.com in the month of Nov’14. They had informed us that if we pay via citibank credit card, we will get a refund of 15%. So, we did the same.
However now its been more than 3 months (today is 25 Feb 2015), and they have not yet refunded our money. They do not even revert to our constant reminder mails.
Our booking reference number is S1191262.
Please help.
