Unnesserly Vas Services Activated and deducted around Rs.72.86 from Account

Hello Sir,

I am using Tata Docomo number: 9036798368 since last six months.
Yesterday I got message and they Vas service activated and Rs.72.86 debited from my account. I send to deactivate and ask them credit my account. But they deactivated immediately but not credit amount. Can you help me on this Please.
