Behaviour and unnecessary charges by Loan representive of the Bank

Hi Team,

I have taken Car Loan (No. 34699620540) from State Bank of India, Nidhi Plaza Gulabhi Bagh Branch, but not getting proper response from them as the concerned person Nikhil Sharma is not picking the phone. There are charges for late payment of emi are charged to my loan account however there was not any delay from my side as they did not present my advance cheques on time. Initial one cheque was also returned as they presented two cheques at the same time which result in return of cheque. He promised me to give me the refund order for the charges deducted by the bank.

Now whenever I am trying to contact him he is not picking the phone. Please help me with this
