unnecessary twice recharge,negligent customer service

this was the original complaint made by me months back against bsnl,on another forum…they assured me of resolving,but didn’t….it contains all the details of the complaints and immense no. of comments,which the company didn’t even reply…then promised to resolve once,but later gave no response..and maybe the company has got too many complaints to sort out,that they don’t even contact on their own or even read the complaint….so i pasted the link of the previos complaint here,so that they can wake up and help to resolve it,if they get time to have an eye on it

    I have Bsnl boardband combo plan rs-500 free night usag from 2am to 8am.From july 2014 the free usage has been chargeable without any information and the bills about double.I protest that the bill amount is wrongly chargeable.
