  • unnecessary twice recharge,negligent customer service

    http://www.consumercomplaints.in/bsnl-unnecessary-recharge-done-by-the-company-c917406 this was the original complaint made by me months back against bsnl,on another forum…they assured me of resolving,but didn’t….it contains all the details of the complaints and immense no. of comments,which the company didn’t even reply…then promised to resolve once,but later gave no response..and maybe the company has got too many complaints to sort…

  • unnecessry recharge done by company by itself

    on 19th july 2014,the validity of my no. 9415721401 expired…i went to the retailer for recharge….Rs. 37 recharge was done successfully,which gave 6 months extension of validity and some free minutes…but the company also did the same recharge itself,and deducted the amount from my main balance also…i had taken no step for an automatic recharge…
