Unnecessary Extra charges for data pack

Location/place: Mumbai

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

My GPRS pack was got expired on 31st July 2013. I used net services for hardly 5minutes to check the messeges on Wats App application. I does not consume much data but still the company claims that I downloaded 8600kb and charged me Rs.86 as their charges are 10p/10kb. But it is hardly impossible that anyone can download such a huge data in 5minutes without downloading any photos or videos. I tried to call customer care executive. First time their executive does not responded me in proper way. Next time the other representative gave me the complaint helpline number which is 198 but when I tried to call the afforsaid number the recorded messege said it is an invalid number. Company does not registered my complaint and con me. I want company to return my money as I never used their services to the extend they are claiming. I am ready to pay for reasonable usage.

I request you to please look into the matter.
