Unnecessary Dedution of my balance.

Name of company/service: Reliance Smart

Sir,
I got a sms at 11:58pm on 18th July 2012 that some “Beauty Pack” is activated and Rs.30 has been deducted from my main balance. I tried to call the customer care till 1am and by that way more Rs.10 is gone but they didnt help me in refunding my money, i.e.Rs.30. Without my approval, money is cut. This is a nice way of robbing people. Plz, help the common men from these thieves.
