on my cell no. 9467377354 unnecessary balance were deducted by the company on 26/07/2012 at 12.40 pm and on 8/08/2012 at 6 am, without any reason i called customer care centre 2 time 1st on 26th they said some service is activated on my no. , bt my point is that without my permission how could they activate any service. same happened to me today morning again rs 5 from my balance is deducted and whe i called customer care , an executive told me tht they will not register any complaint of mine aginst it.
i have not requested any service rs 10 were deducted from my balance kindly take necessary action against it plz find me some solution to my problem……..
