No Action On My Defected HTC SALSA

I hv HTC SALSA. i found problem in touch n submitted it 1st time in HTC SERVICE CENTER (M/s. S.k. Enterprises Inderlok, New Delhi) on 21st Jun 2012. on 25th Jun, i recieved my repaired set from the service center but due to same problem i hv submitted my cell again in same service center on 28th JUN 2012. then i recieved it back on 2nd JULY 2012 from the service center but again with the same issue.As i talkd to costomercare they suggest me that i hv to w8 for some days that they ll provide me ONE to ONE replacement to my defected product. as they said it ll take 2 to 3 days but they called me back on 17th July to submitt the set in service center for replacement. i submitt it on 18th July. but on 30th July service center called me to recieve my set… when i reached at the service center i found it same handset. no replacement…..i called costomercare they said i hv to w8 for more days till 4th aug 2012 for replaced set. i resubmitted my set on 30th July. but till the time as today is already 6th Aug. i hv not recieved any call from HTC or service center. when i call costomercare n service center then they replied that i hv to w8 for more 24 to 48 hrs.

i m complety fed up.. i m without my cell for last arround one and half month. due to this my work is suffering.

now i want some help from ur side
