unnecessary deduction of balance

My number is 7439197916
I have not started any vas but suddenly they reduced my balnce and deducted the balnce
And even after calling they are not picking up the calls and this is devastating
Plz see to the matter this very bad response
Strict action to be taken and deducted balance to be refunded
