Faulty product received

Hi I got i pod and watch delivery yesterday from gold fox india .com. I had to receive Sony I pod+ Reebok watch+Transcend memory card,But i did nt found memory card with my parcel.Also the glass of Reebok watch was broken….. I had committed i will get Sony i pod, but i have received local brand..Orkiya

I was trying to approach them so many times, but i did not get any response from them. They even not picking their customer care no..

Kindly look into this and do the
needful.
