Unnecessary Deduction of balance

Location/place: New Delhi

Name of company/service: Reliance communications

I m reliance customer. My balance is deducted on daily basis by reliance . I had registered a complaint with the customer care but no positive response is received from their side. They are saying no service is activated on my no still they are deducting my balance.When i asked for the refund of amount deducted from my balance they denied straightaway.
Kindly help to get out of this problem
