As some getting problem in my dell laptop(Studio) i have given my laptop to your below service center on 19-03-2013′
Dell authorized service center.

Problem:- laptop not getting on.
last till night i have used my laptop everything is working good but from next morning when i am trying to log on it,s not working.
As discussed with the Dell service guys they promised sir till tomorrow 20th Evening you will get the call related the problem.
but i have not received any calls from yours side on 21st March i went there i have discussed with the same guys Mr.Deepak again he promised sir due to some problem we didn,T checked it today right now i will check it and till evening i will give you the right information or if not then till tomorrow 22-03-13 morning till 10:30 i will inform you but again they didn,t called me i was trying to call them in there number which is mention in the receipt that number contact number 080 39292500 is going non reachable.
i was doing waiting for there call but till Monday i have not received any call from dell service center so finally i have decided to reach there on Tuesday 26-03-2013.
it was so Horoable when i have seen that till my laptop they didn,t checked what was the problem why it,s not getting on after giving 20 min there Mr.Deepak came out in a very rudely and he told me that we have to change a lot of parts which is not working including mother board,and it will cost you some around Rs 13000. i was shocked to listen this all.
i asked to return my laptop they asked to pay 1300 for the service for why i will pay this amount,they kept my laptop more than 7 days they didn,t informed me even when i was trying to contact them number was not working i went there 2 times,even they have broken my screen frame work and when i asked they are giving stupid excuse,what type of service am getting from dell service center.
After asking the Manager number they are trying to cheat with me they have given to receptions number,just doing checking to them how they are honest with there work i found that they all are making fool to client they are not there to do a pure business they are to do cheat with the client.
when i have called there given number 080-39208050 i asked to can i talk to Mr. Arun really it was completely cheating because the person who was talking with me in phone that was not Arun he was the one of the service Executive,who was talking with me in a very aggressive way and challenging me also.
Note:- during discussion for the technical problem they have not discussed for the service charge then why i will pay the service charge and that a big amount for me,even they have not given any service to me.
Request you kindly suggest me what to do either i have one options to go consumer court or to forget to buy any laptop from dell because i am not happy from the dell service center.
Still my laptop is in service center kindly let me know what to do
only i have one option to take the laptop from dell and never to but any laptop from dell or to go consumer court because they have broken my screen frame and they have taken my lot of time more than 7 days they didn,t informed me a single time specially they are trying to be very over smart in there job.
