I had taken a credit card loan from Standard Chartered Bank at 0% interest rate and 2% processing fees of Rs 1,10,000. I had repaid the loan as per the schedule but then they are asking me to pay some kind of outstanding fees of Rs 1,844.61 which I don’t know about and are continuously disturbing me with messages to pay it back.When I complained about it to the bank through e-mail which they didn’t reply so please help me out of this matter.Thank you.
