failure to replace faulty modem and detect and rectify problem with broadband connection inspite of repeated complaints over 3 weeks

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: kolkata&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: bsnl broadband</p>i have a broadband connection from bsnl (plan 750 unlimited). Since the last 3weeks ,i am facing a continuous interruption in network link. The modem repeatedly fails to connect to the remote server, and even when it does, the connection is immediately interrupted. Moreover, for the past 1 week, i have not been allowed to log in to my internet account on grounds of authentication failure by the remote server, though i have neither changed the id or password. I have repeatedly docketed the faulty broadband number with bsnl, but neither have they replaced the modem or rectified the error. Repeated request have been ignored. There is no one to eve pick up a call at the 24 hr helpline. I am absolutely disgusted with there attitude and extremely pooe customer service. It appears that i am being forced to pay a bill for the service that i cannot utilise because of an unsolved error on the part of the service provider. Kindly consider my plight and provide some assistance if possible.
