Out of nowhere, the company subscribed me to sms pack and as a result they deducted an amount of 30 from my account for 2 consecutive days, a total of 60 Rs. After calling the customer care service centre, they assured me to refund the amount within 24 hours. But within 24 hours they didn’t and when tried to contact them again, the network was congested throughout the day. when i tried it the following day, they just said since 48 hours have been passed after the subscription , they can’t refund the amount. Incase i wont get back my refund, i’ll be bound to deactivate the SIM.
