unnecessary Balance depletion

I have been using bsnl for 4 yrs. Since last 2 months,they are deducting rs. 25/- every month. My mobile numbr is 9433214336. I have tried to reach out to customer care executive but no one bothers to receive the call.I want my money refunded back and also deactivate any service that they have activated without my consent.
