Respected Sir,
Myself Vikesh Patel, Assistant Professor from Bardoli, Surat, want to inform u that, i m facing problem from DGVCL Officers. They change our electricity meter in Oct’12 and had not given the electricity bill of Oct-Nov’12. Now in Dec-Jan’13 bill they had add OCT-NOV along with Penalty charges. I m ready to pay the bill of Oct-Nov’12 but not penalty. They had not given the bill on that month and now they asking to pay penalty of their mistake. Since last 2 months i m going to meet GEB officers and they are not giving satisfactory answer As well as asking to pay more money then that of electricity bill.
Pls HELP to fixed this problem
