One month before,BISCOOT SERVICE PACK was activated on my vodafone number without my permission..and a amount of 45 rupees was deducted…i contacted customer care..and they did not gave me any satisfactory answer…for refund of deducted amount.
And now after one month..this same service was again activated on my number…and same amount was deducted…without bringing me into prior notice about activation of the service..
i dont know what to do now…thinking of quitting VODAFONE….going for another company..
