New Sim not getting activated

Hello aircel,
I bought a new Sim on 18th December and submitted my documents, was told to call on 59059 once tower shows up on my cell.
I did the same and verified NY identity on 19th and was told that my sim would get active in an hour but it’s already 24 hours and remains unactivated, I can’t get through 59059 any more or any other customer representatives.
Kindly look into the matter,
