My name is Anant Pratap Singh, and I want to lodge a complaint against a mobile subscriber company “Tata Docomo”. This complaint is due to unnecessary activation of unwanted service which I did not requested to them and everyday deduction of Rs.1 from my mobile account. I have called so many times to customer care to deactivate the services and also refund my deducted balance. They assured me on 20/07/2012 that they had deactivated that service. But again on 21/07/2012 they started cutting my balance. This is going on from past few days. It is humble request to you to take strict actions against them and recover my money.
