sir i have given check request to HDFC Bank on 29 jun 12.,i got massage about the dispatch of the same by mobile. after contacting the bank it comes to the light that the check book is send to the mother bank at Goa. till now i don’t got the check book on my given address,i want to know reason.
i have contacted mobile no 9890603333 but no use ,the HDFC customer care executive on 20 jul 12 at 1850 hrs cannot explain me any thing about this matter. sir i am applying for another check book . this is totally inconvenient for any customer.
sir, i have contacted the bank but no satisfactory solution from the bank.sir i have updated my correspondence address, mob number.to the HDFC bank.
