unneccery money deduction

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: a.p&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: idea</p>Yesterday i reacharged my no.8790819679 with 34 rupees. I got 27 rupees balence. Without my request they activated two service. I made two times call to custmer care, but they won’t giving sufficient reason. I lost 11rupes. All Telecoms doing like this. Why don’t TRAIE take actions??
