<p><b>Location/place</b>: New Delhi</p><p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Reliance Mobile</p>I’m a Reliance user since 4 years. Its happens with me most of the times when I recharge my balance and they deduct my amount without any information even I do not use their unnecessary services.
The most irritating thing is when I call to them so most of the time they say that our network/system is down. Call us after some time. But when I call them again so, either I get the same reply of system is down or they say that your call has been transfered to other department. So call us again.
The current story is that I had balance around 80 Rs so I recharged my phone online with 222 full talk time voucher.
But after one day when I checked my balance so it was showing only 70 Paise. Now I’m calling again and again and every time either they reply that the network is down or your call has been transfered to another department. Even they keep me waiting for 10 to 15 mins on hold.
One more thing I would like to clear that I’m also using internet pack but the validity of tha pack is upto 25 June and usage was less then their pack. I’ve checked it very clearly.
When I call them after 3 days so they will simply reply that we can’t help as we have only 3 days data in our record. Which is not my mistake if their network/system is down.
I want justice and my money back as I’m really fed up by calling for more than 15 times.
