i hv seleceted a unlimited plan with FUP after 15 gb(50 mbps) on hathway but after after 15gb my 1mbps unlimited plan not working i hv completed several times but no one helping n 1 guy called me n said b’coz u’r speed is downgraded dat’s why it’s not working but i said i hv 1mbps unlimited plan n 1 mbps is not slow dat 1 page will also not open but they kept repeating same thing again n again
