Dear sir/madam,
I am using Volas A C from last 3 year.
As per company policy they provide onsite service for resolve any problem in ac.
But I have logged complain with customer care of votas company on 28 may 2015.Request no 15052809055. They close my call without giving service .
So I again logged request on 11 July 2015 request no 15071100996, 15071101006.but my problem of voltas ac not yet resolve.
Here my complain is – why do they not provide service ?
Why do they not not provided service as per their condition ?
