I have taken reliance net connect in the month of Aug 2011. on 24Oct 11 company disconnect my services. On 25-10-11 at 0800hrs they sent sms to pay Rs 984.91. same day at 1025hrs another message came to pay Rs1718.54. on 08-11-11at 0849hrs another message came to pay Rs2493.8. My 1st complain- how reliance discontinue my services as my billing date is 14th of every month and my credit limit is Rs.2500/-.Both was not crossed.
2. How it is possible to increase billing amount once services is closed
