COMPLAINT IN RESPECT OF LEAKAGE PROBLEM IN AIR LOUNGE PURCHASED THROUGH TELBRANDS PVT LTD

Sir,
1. Most humbly and respectfully, I beg to submit the following few lines for your kind consideration and favourable action:

(a) That I had purchased an AIR LOUNGE vide INVOICE No-V000009082 dated 28/04/2012 Order No-R0034213. It has been noticed by the undersigned from the date of receiving of this item, that Air Pressure is not stable in the upper side of the Air Lounge. The said matter was immediately informed to your concerned customer care number. It was informed by the executive that the Air is to be filled on regular basis with 24 to 48 hours.

(b) That again the matter was taken up with customer care on 07.07.2012 and a E-mail ([email protected] [email protected] ) was also forwarded to the concerned office on the same date. As per the advise of your executive I had forwarded a draft of Rs. 495/- in favour of Tele Brands (India) Pvt Ltd alongwith the Air Lounge to the concerned office.

(c) Again the same Air lounge was fwd to me with patch work. After filling the air I found that It was leaking from some other place.

(d) The complaint has been fwd on the above mentioned facts but no reply has yet been received.

    Sir,
    I had purchased an Air Lounge by booking through Telebrands Products and in view of this I wish to submit the following complaint to you for your kind consideration and favourable action please:
    1. That I had purchased an AIR LOUNGE vide INVOICE No-V000009082 dated 28/04/2012 Order No-R0034213. It has been noticed by the undersigned from the date of receiving of this item, that Air Pressure is not stable in the upper side of the Air Lounge. The said matter was immediately informed to your concerned customer care number. It was informed by your executive that the Air is to be filled on regular basis with 24 to 48 hours.

    2. That again the matter was taken up with customer care on 07.07.2012 and a E-mail ([email protected] [email protected] ) was also forwarded to your office on the same date. As per the advise of your executive I had forwardded a draft of Rs. 495/- in favour of Tele Brands (India) Pvt Ltd alongwith the Air Lounge to your office, with a copy of the bill.

    3. That the said Air Lounge was again forwarded to be and received by me on 22.08.2012 through Speed Post. When it was opened I found that the same Air Lounge has been forwarded to me with a patch work on the upper side of Air Lounge. It was also noticed that Air is not stable on the upper side of the said Air Lounge.

    4. I had reqeusted to replace the said item but the same was not replaced and defective item was again placed to me and now it is very difficult for me to again send it back of Mumbai (Thane) by packing the said item and unnessary waisting the money in parcel. Also it is not sure that the said product will be replaced.

    In the light of the situation and facts I have brought out in the preceding paragraphs, I wish to lodge an FIR and pray for justice.
