Uninformed Deductions on Account in name of User Lien

I have A zero balance Salary Account (Account # 7011538089; CRN # 83727095) with Kotak bank which was opened by an organisation I was working with in Jan, 2015. Unfortunately the company was shut down and no salary was ever credited in the account. I joined a new organisation by the name of Six inches and informed the relationship manager that I would like to use my pre-existing kotak bank Account.
I told them of the scenario and they assured me that there will be no deduction and I will be able to use account as Zero balance Salary account.
Now I received my salary in the account by cheque today, and I notice there has been a deduction of Rs.1368 (One thousand, three hundred and sixty eight only).
The deduction shows as User lien, Reason code is 017 and Comment says TBMS-25417908.
And this deduction has happened on 30/06/2015 without any information and shows will expire on 01/01/2099.
I wanted to use my kotak account as a zero balance salary plus saving account and very unhappy and upset that there has been a deduction with out any prior information by your bank. Any deduction from my account has to be informed and detailed but this is unacceptable.
I demand to know the reason for same and want the deduction refunded.
If I can not keep my account as zero balance account I would rather close my account and business with kotak and do it else where.
