The worst service faced.

I ordered moto e gen 2 in exchange offer with my old blackberry. Some how the moto e is getting heated up while charging and the clarity of the phone is blur n not sharp.

Called up customer care and they took my request and said technician will call you in 24 hours. Mr.Sunny from Bangalore called up and i discussed my problem but he just said we do not have return policy of refunding. He said we can exchange the handset I said what if same problem repeats in the other handset they said we will give you another I said will we continue this for whole life and he said yes but won’t refund you the money. Return policy has no such clause.

This is ridiculous i have many friends who always told me flipkart is good and never refuse to refund if product is faulty.

Would really need help on this to get my money back. I have all the proofs as well.
