Ungeniun Charges Shown in statement – Fraud statement comes regularly at my old home address.

Location/place: Ahmedabad

Name of company/service: Credit Card-Star Bazar

Dear Sir,

This has with reference to above subject that even my plus balance with bank it shown minus balance in the statement. So pl waiver the same and stopped sending this type of statements.

Case:

Before approx 3 years ago, when we (Me & my wife) got shopping in star india bazaar one person from there near to exit gate telling to get 10% discount for regular shopping in Star India Bazaar and its totally free of cost if you purchase more than 500 rs shopping, No any other charges will come for the same. If you make payment after due date of your purchase amt then it will charged and he convienced us for take the same.

Initially we have purchased many times and we have deposite the payment on same day after purchase the from star india bazaar at that time one 100 Rs charged shown in my statement for annual fees but at that time after many complain Bank has waiver the same. Then after some time my card was lost and at the same time i had complaint the same for cancel this card and other my wifes card also. At that time my balance was +40 rs. And the customer executive confirm the balance and cancel status also..

Then before 2 years i left the that resident location but then the statement comes regularly when i got the same news i will call to bank’s customer care office for the same but they all are not give me any proper reply and respond some time they tell us call to cancel dept, call to another no..,(9898377320, 66667070, 9898377373 etc etc) get noc from Bank etc etc… Bank’s peoples are treat like we made big mistake to take Credit cards.

Today also i spent 45 min in the morning to call diff customer care executives and they reply us that you have to pay this much of amt by hook or crook there is no any option…….

So i request that what is my fault to in following situation..

1. I have never pay late payment.

2. As per me balance is +40 Rs but its shown as -1480. (As bank’s people confirm there is no any charges for this cards and their usage) So how it comes -1480 from my plus balance???

3. In my life i have never borrow single of rs from any body but due to your statement comes with minus balance it will decrease my credit due to bank’s fault.

So You are requested to please waiver the same and i dont want my plus 40 rs and i am not able to pay -1480 balance so please now onwards do not send any statement to my old address.
