unfortunately i was contacted by one of your store in at centre point mg road trichur from the following numbers,ie 7736639570 and 8891487353. To the best of my knowledge it is rum by one Mr Rajesh and operated by on Mr sudheesh. i was usung tata do co mo prepaid which they convinced me to port to postpay for which as directed by them i tranfered 999 rupess on 27-6-12, a screen short of that is attched with this. From that day my head ache stared. i had to wait till july 4 for my new sim to get activated. When ever i try to call them they avoid my calls. Finally my sim got activated but the real headache started then. I started to get messages fron customer care directing me to furnish my identity proof etc whic i had already given on 23-6-12 itself. Your people is not bothered to give it to concern department till now. i want to activate data pack and sms pack for which when itry to call customer care they say my number is not yer registered. is this the world of simplicity. Myself is an advocate, if this being my situation then what will be the situation of a general lay man. finally i fed up and decided to throw my sim and i am ready to suffer my lose of 999 inr. i dont expect you to solve my issue but dont cheat people like this
