Unfair/Uninformed deduction

Location/place: Pune

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

I had an active internet pack on my account, still the balance from my main account got deducted for data browsing.

Tata Docomo customer care said balance was deducted for accessing chargeable website, but they are not disclosing the website name/URL. Moreover I was browsing only YouTube in that period of time.
There was no confirmation/warning either from YouTube or Docomo before the deduction. How a customer will be aware which link is chargeable!!

  2. hi…name aniket……dis is for docomo…u guys need to stop telling us abt we being clicking on chargable links….put on some warning or confirmation before charging us…if tats not a big deal for u…
