No answer from supplier for return of product

Location/place: Powai, Mumbai

Name of company/service: Yempe.com

I had ordered Shoes from Yempe.com for Rs.499 & once i received the order, I wasn’t happy with the quality of the product. Yepme reference order No. 1619477 I read their return policy on Yempe website and it clearly states I can return the product within 30 days of receipt if I am unhappy with the quality of the product. I received the product on 8th or 9th of March 2013 & I wrote an email to Yepme customer care on 14th Mar. I got an automated reply stating my query will be resolved, however no reply from Yempe. I wrote again on 18th & 19th Mar stating I will file my complaint on consumer forum. To my surprise, I still haven’t received any reply or any sort of communication from them.

Kindly guide me in resolving this situation.
