Dear Sir/Madam,
I had Purchased woodland shoes (G-4092) CML 41 from M/S. Aero Club Woodland Store Shop no. 2/208/1, Awagarh House, Opp. Anjana Cinema, M. G. Road Agra. @ Rs. 2595/= on 28/05/12 as a fresh stock product without any discount only at the cost of full satisfaction of the product. But on 02/06/12 just after 4 days left shoe threading opens and troubled me the full working day. On 04/06/12 both pair of shoe were deposited to the above mentioned shop so that they rectify the problem (minor) if any with them and brought beck them after couple of week but the problem still persisted with the right shoe and it again troubled me on working day and this time i was out of station and disturbed through out my official tour to university.
Again i deposited them to the same shop with the hope the pair be replaced completely. i don’t want to unnecessarily indulge into the same problem again anywhere else. More over this pair irritate me to wear them. I wrote an email to the company’s customer care address ([email protected]) on 26-06-2012 23:01 hr. But to the till date neither my money refunded nor the shoes replaced.
kindly consider this matter as urgent because every one can not come and represent before you on such type of illegal activities done in the name of top branded Woodland company and it may increases the courage of company in future if same has not been take care off. Sir/Madam i have lots of expectations with this supreme body .
