Dear Sir,
I had purchase HERO HONDA PASSION PRO in FEB-2011.loan for family creadit account no is my union bank
Aundh pune branch Acc.541302010006501. The ECS was on Every month of 5th and amount 1927 rup , which
was bounced due insufficient but there is balance sufficient but why they bounced my EMI and they charged
me 50 rup. also due to insufficient balance now i have all pintout for my acc details.Imdtly I notice this issue to
Union bank c care on 9th july 2012 on 022-25751500 and the ( Exec.Mr. Devesh/ Deepak )told me contect
with Branch and they give me myAundh PUNE branch number 02025896797 / 25883125 at that time i talk
to Branch Maneger Mr. Gaikwad so he said i dont know about that, that is system genrate thing so i can’t help
you mail me on ([email protected])i will forword only and you have to talk with c care i told him all happend things but he said i cant help you. bounce charges so
ECS bounce due insufficent fund in Bank,I had the bank statemnt for July-2012 and that having
sufficient balance in my account and no respond me and no bady help me out..
