Unfair Deduction from my mobile account

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been using Aircel mobile services for a long time and i have a prepaid number.My Mobile no is 9811633933. Recently, i have rechared my account with Rs.110/-. But after sometime i found that all my balance (Rs. 110/-) has been deducted from my account . For this regarding I have called to Customer care executives and asked about the reason of deduction. But they have not givien me a suitable reason about this deduction and not even ready to listen to me.Whenever i want to log a complaint their Server will be down and ask me to call the next day. Sir Please do the needfull against my complaint.

    We would like to inform you that you have been charged Rs 100 for Download through WAP (Normal Download) & Rs 4 for VAS services (Jump Games) hence charges are found correct and no adjustments is applicable for the same.
