Order product not delivered and order forcibly cancelled

Dear Flipkart.com

Till yesterday experience with flipkart.com was pleasant which has devastated now after all the experience I faced post purchasing an order (order no OD 40522037826).

I have placed an order for 3 mobile phones on 22nd May and successfully paid through credit card with order no OD40522037826 for which I have got the confirmation as well that order will be delivered on 28th may.

Upto my surprise on 23rd may 2014 I got a call from flipkart.com stating that the order placed will not be delivered due to some error at seller end then I denied that I need the product since I haven’t cancelled my order yet then I was told that concerned department will get back.

Again they were not willing to provide any resolution to the customer and I got the call again in the evening that due to some error they will not deliver the product and as per the language they were not sorry for not delivering their promise and seems that this is regular practice for them.

After listening all this I again denied that I need the product and that’s why I had paid immediately but the gentleman was reluctantly stuck on only message that product will not be delivered without any regret seems like it was my mistake that I ordered the product from flipkart.com.

Finally they have cancelled the placed orders forcibly without my consent while I expect them to deliver the ordered product within timeline.

I think you would not like to lose your customer’s confidence and hence in this era of customer service i am expecting some resolution to this issue and expect that my product should be delivered within the timeline I was promised and I will not have to reach various channels.
